How long is the delivery?
It takes between 1 and 2 business days to process your order, then 2 to 3 weeks to deliver it.

How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If for some reason you are not able to track it on our tracking order page, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After 2-3 weeks, I still didn't receive my order, what can I do?
Please excuse us, if any delays might occur. Sometimes, worldwide shipping can take longer than expected due to routine customs checks between borders or even bad weather conditions. Nevertheless you can track your order at anytime to see where it's at.

What if my product arrived damaged?

I want to change my delivery information, what can I do?
You can ask for a modification of your delivery information during the next 24 hours of your purchase. To do so, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your NAME, LAST NAME, ORDER NUMBER and the modifications you want to make.
Do you have a refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
